VIDEO: Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon deliver History Of Rap Part 5

Justin Timberlake teamed up with Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon to deliver “The History Of Rap part 5” during Friday’s night’s program, and video of the performance is available.

The pair ripped through more than 20 rap classics, starting with LL Cool J’s “I’m Bad”, before doing snippets of tracks by Run DMC, the Beastie Boys, Tone Loc, Outkast, Jay Z and more.

Timberlake was the lone guest on the final night of the first week of Fallon’s new gig as Tonight Show host; the show moved back to New York this past week after more than 40 years in Los Angeles and following the recent retirement of Jay Leno.

After the program, Timberlake performed at Madison Square Garden as part of his 20/20 Experience world tour; the rescheduled date was originally booked for Wednesday, but the singer took ill and had to postpone the concert to Friday.

Will Smith was the first guest on the debut episode of The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday, and the actor/singer joined the host for a demonstration of the evolution of hip-hop dancing.

The pair grooved their way through almost two dozen moves, including ‘The Cabbage Patch,’ ‘The Running Man,’ ‘The Robot,’ ‘The Pop and Lock’ and more.

Smith and U2 were the first guests on Fallon’s debut, which sees The Tonight Show return to New York after more than 40 years in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Times reports Fallon’s launch had an average of 11.3 million total viewers, slightly less than the 14.6 million who tuned in to see Jay Leno’s recent finale.

VIDEO: Madonna’s MDNA Facebook interview

Madonna was on Facebook Saturday for an interview session hosted by Jimmy Fallon.

The event was designed to promote the launch of her new album, “MDNA,” which hits stores on Tuesday.

"I thought it would be best to talk to my fans," Rolling Stone reports Madonna telling Fallon, explaining why her Facebook chat with the Late Night host is the only live press she's doing for the new album.

Taped in front of an audience and live streamed through Madonna's Facebook page, the interview incorporated questions sent in from fans around the world as well as a few dance lessons for Fallon.

At one point, Jimmy asked why she chose to collaborate with Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. on the new album.

"Because they’re bad-ass bitches, long story short," she said. "I think they’re both smart, clever, they have strength. They don’t just play on their sexuality or being cute. They’re not ingĂ©nues. They’re tough girls and they’re smart. I wouldn't mess with them."

Justin Timberlake & Jimmy Fallon top the popmusiclife Pop 10

Jimmy Fallon had another high-profile week as he pairs with Justin Timberlake to top the popmusiclife Pop 10.

While Timberlake was on his show to promote his new film, “In Time,” Fallon had him jam the third installment of the History Of Rap series; the first History went viral last September, and they did a sequel in July.

The new version features a medley of some of rap’s biggest songs, expertly delivered by Jimmy and Justin.

Fallon also did an expert job of spoofing the Justin Bieber scandal with a performance of “(It’s Not My) Baby,” which came in at #4.
