Justin Timberlake expected to debut at US No. 1 this week

Justin Timberlake’s “The 20/20 Experience” is expected to debut atop the US album charts this week.

Billboard reports industry sources are projecting that the pop star's album will sell over 800,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, March 24, easily securing Timberlake his second No. 1 solo album on the Billboard 200.

The new chart's top 10 will be revealed on Wednesday.

"20/20," released Tuesday, March 19, is Timberlake's first album since 2006's "FutureSex/LoveSounds." With "20/20" on course for an 800,000-plus start, it will easily notch Timberlake's best sales week ever, bypassing "FutureSex's" debut of 684,000 (according to Nielsen SoundScan).

"20/20" will also instantly become the year's top selling album, eclipsing Mumford & Sons' "Babel," which has sold 631,000 this year.

Last week, Timberlake has released a video for his new single, “Mirrors.”

Justin will promote the album on the “Legends Of Summer” tour with Jay Z, with dates starting July 17 in Toronto.
