M.I.A. confirms Super Bowl gig with Madonna and Nicki Minaj

The Super Bowl Halftime Show with Madonna is ON.

NME reports M.I.A. has confirmed that she and Nicki Minaj will perform with the pop legend on Sunday in Indianapolis.

Speaking to Zane Lowe on his BBC Radio 1 show Monday evening, the UK rapper and singer said of the iconic American football event's musical interlude: "Yes, I'm going to the Super Bowl… I'm gonna be performing with Madonna and Nicki Minaj... If you're gonna go to the Super Bowl, you might as well go with America's biggest female icons."

Cee Lo Green is also expected to be a part of Sunday’s show.

MIA and Minaj both feature on Madonna's forthcoming single, 'Give Me All Your Luvin', which is set for release on February 3.

It's the first single to be taken from Madonna's forthcoming album, 'MDNA', which is out on March 26.

Like all halftime headliners, Madonna will have just 12 minutes for her Super Bowl show, traditionally one of the most watched television events of the year.
