Madonna announces title of new album

Madonna has announced the title of her 12th album, due out this spring.

“M.D.N.A.”

Madonna announced the news during a taping of the U.K.'s "Graham Norton Show," which will air Friday on BBC One…and then posted it on her official Facebook page.

The album's first single, “Gimme All Yer Luvin’” – which features Nicki Minaj and MIA – will be released in late January, prior to Madonna’s appearance at the 2012 Super Bowl Halftime Show.

Madonna will be on ABC’s Nightline this Thursday as host Cynthia McFadden sits down with the pop icon for what has been described as a "candid and revealing" discussion about her life and career.

Madonna will speak about her new movie, W.E., as well as plans for her new album, her Super Bowl appearance on February 5, and about her personal life.
