Last Friday, Justin Bieber released his new single, “Boyfriend.”
The first track from his forthcoming album, “Believe,” hit iTunes right away, and then Justin posted a preview tease of the video for the song.

Now, Bieber has offered up a second teaser – this time, he’s drifting underwater.
