Florence And The Machine have announced a spring tour of the States.

The 15 city tour – in support of “Ceremonials” - begins on April 14th at the Santa Barbara Bowl and will also include previously announced festival performances at Coachella and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

“In a way, it's not going to be too big a production; we've done a lot of quite extravagant stuff, and that's been amazing, but for this tour, it's definitely going to be about showcasing the music," singer Florence Welch tells MTV. "The songs are going to be the most important thing. It will be heavily based on the music ... no bells and whistles just yet, we're going to try and keep it quite pure."

Tickets for all shows will go on general sale this Friday (January 27) at 10am (in the time zone relevant to the venue) via Ticketmaster.

Heads up: Coachella is now sold out, tickets for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival are available via www.nojazzfest.com.
