Foster The People announce North American tour




Foster The People have announced a spring North American tour in support of their forthcoming album, “Supermodel”, and new single, “Coming Of Age.”

Kicking off in April at Coachella, the tour will include festival performances at Governors Ball, CounterPoint and Big Guava as well as headline dates throughout the United States and Canada.

A limited number of pre-sale tickets will be available at fosterthepeople.com starting on Wednesday, January 22, at 9:00 A.M. LOCAL TIME for each show.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at fosterthepeople.com on Friday, January 24, at 9:00A.M. LOCAL TIME for all shows except Toronto, which goes on-sale at 10:00A.M. ET.

Due March 18, “Supermodel” is the follow-up to the group’s 2011 debut, “Torches”, which has sold nearly two million albums and over nine million singles worldwide, including the No. 1 single, “Pumped Up Kicks.”

This Thursday, January 23, Foster The People will play a free show in Los Angeles to celebrate the announcement of the new album.Fans should follow the band's Twitter for more information about tickets and location.
