Drake to perform at NHL All-Star Game

Drake is set to perform at the 2012 NHL All-Star Game in Ottawa this weekend.

Billboard reports the rapper will be joined at Sunday’s event by New York singer-rapper Outasight and "The Voice" winner Javier Colon at the star-studded hockey event at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa.

Drake will perform during the second intermission, while Outasight will perform his breakout single, "Tonight Is The Night," during the player introductions.

Colon and longtime Ottawa Senators anthem singer Lyndon Slewidge will handle the U.S. and Canadian national anthems, respectively.

Drake's hometown Toronto Maple Leafs have three players - Phil Kessel, Joffrey Lupul and Dion Phaneuf - representing their team in this year's All-Star game.

The NHL All-Star Game happens Sunday, February 29 at 4 PM ET; check your local listings for the broadcast time and channel in your region.

Drake kicks off his 2012 Club Paradise tour of North America in support of his new album, “Take Care,” on February 14 in Miami.
